NAVIGATING TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES
Your AZBC coaches will be your primary source of information. However, you can stay up-to-date with tournament details by checking the TEAM APP.
Accessing Schedules: Coaches will post all practice and game times in the Team App. You can also access them directly once released by the Tournament Director.
Timing of Schedule Releases: Tournament schedules are typically released the weekend prior to competing.
Your active engagement in keeping track of the schedules will ensure you’re always informed about when and where your son will be playing.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
There is nothing more important to us than helping your son develop his baseball skills so he can succeed on the field.
It is equally important to help him understand how to succeed off the field. We believe baseball is a tremendous environment to learn the skills needed to win in life.
As competitors, we want to win at everything we do, but it's important we define what "winning" means to us.
Winning doesn't always mean we get the outcome we want. It means we did everything possible to be in a position to get the outcome we desire.
We believe you must earn what you get in life by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, being a great teammate, and executing to perform.
By being a part of AZBC, your son will get an opportunity to grow as a player and as a person. Growth isn't always comfortable, but we will work hard to support, encourage, and challenge your son on this journey.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT
As a parent, you are the most influential person in your son's life and we want to help you have a positive impact on him.
Let us be his coach as we help develop his baseball skills, teach him how to overcome adversity, and show him that he is more capable than he realizes.
This will allow you to celebrate his victories, comfort him when he is down, and motivate him when he is feeling discouraged.
By doing this, you will help build lasting memories that he will cherish for the rest of his life.
